Erasmus Brussels University of Applied Sciences and Arts (EhB) is a Flemish higher education institution located in Brussels. It offers 21 BA and 4 MA-programs in 9 different fields of study which are attended by more than 5.000 students, Campusses are situated on 6 different locations throughout the city. Study programs at EhB have a strong professional focus. The Schools of Arts offer Bachelors and Masters in Music, Audio Visual and Performing Arts. EhB applies the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS), which facilitates curriculum comparison and student mobility.
The centre of Expertise Urban Coaching and Education (UC&E) is the research group of the teacher training department at EhB. UC&E strengthens the competences of educational professionals, to be well prepared for the urban educational context. The research focuses on essential and relevant knowledge, skills and attitudes that support educational professionals in their role as actors of social change. The research outcomes targets teachers and educational professionals who support and empower children and young people in the social urban context. Therefore, UC&E combines expertise on coaching, urban education and ‘culturally responsive interaction’. Projects focus on the resources of multilingualism to strengthen literacy skills, narrative identity and the power of children’s stories, children’s rights, civic education, community building and democratic dialogue. Within the DD@S project relevant areas of expertise in this project are intercultural education, curriculum development, and research. Initiating and facilitating cultural awareness of teachers is a key element in the teacher training of the department People and Society. Our expertise lays in creating a strong pedagogical climate in which both pupils and teachers can thrive, which is one of the main goals of DD@S.
Centro per lo Sviluppo Creativo “Danilo Dolci” is a non-profit organization located in Palermo, Italy, founded in 1958 by Danilo Dolci, a sociologist, nonviolent activist and educator. CSC works mainly in the educational sector and has several collaborations with schools, university, institutions, associations and social groups, both at local and international level, focusing on two main pillars, local development and creativity. The Centre stemmed from the need of offering the local communities a reality committed to practically solve the local problems, developing a creative space in which fostering awareness and bottom-up planning were the center of the action, paving the way for a real change.
Einaudi Pareto is a high secondary Technical and Vocational school for Business and Administration Services, Ict business services and graphic services, with a population of 1224 students and 160 teachers located in Palermo. The students come from a rather large basin, including both neighbouring and peripheral districts, and many neighbouring villages. Mostly though, they are guys who come from social contexts poor of educational opportunities, where families often show financial need, and sometimes difficult relational dynamics that lead to inappropriate behaviour in the school context and produce a risk. The Einaudi Pareto, however, is also known in the area for training opportunities that are given to those children who can find in our school the opportunity of a cultural ransom and educational success at levels of excellence. In view of the socio-economic context, our Institute has adopted a pedagogical perspective aimed at the differentiation of training courses for its effective individualization. In fact, the institute for several years has engaged in a series of activities to contain and prevent the phenomenon of early abandoning.
Due to its position and the courses it offers, our Institute proposes itself as a technological school center in the area. Its aims are to encourage the growth of open and aware citizens, with a civic sense and in possession of instrumental skills suitable for continuing their academic studies and, at the same time, to train technicians capable of being competitive in the labour market, providing the territory with a contribution of creativity and a spirit of innovation.

The Interorthodox Centre of the Church of Greece is the educational organization and the convention centre of the Orthodox Church of Greece.
The Interorthodox Centre established in 1969, is located in the Holy Monastery of the Dormition of Virgin Mary, in Pendeli, Athens and belongs to the Holy Synod of the Church of Greece. It is chaired by the Archbishop of Athens and All Greece, Hieronymos II. The Director of the Interorthodox Centre is Metropolitan Ioannis.
The Interorthodox Centre of the Church of Greece, among other activities such as conferences, lectures, various events etc., since 2009 and under the authority of the Ministry of National Education and Religious Affairs organizes educational seminars and programs for teachers of all grades. The purpose of these educational activities is to provide teachers with new and innovative pedagogical methods and tools, as well as to promote interfaith and intercultural dialogue and social cohesion.
The Centre collaborates with international organizations and institutions and participates in the implementation of international and European projects related to innovation, school and social inclusion.
Another main objective of the Interorthodox Centre, besides its educational purpose, is to tighten in various ways the relations among Christian Churches throughout the world. Moreover, by organizing and hosting dialogue meetings (conventions, symposiums, seminars, workshops, visits) the Centre cultivates the mentality to deal with arousing issues concerning the contemporary multicultural social environment, through cooperation and dialogue with other orthodox churches, heterodox confessions and religious traditions.
The Centre is only 20 minutes away from the national airport and 15 km from central Athens. It can provide hospitality to social partners, business groups and science foundations from all over the world by hosting conventions and other activities for up to 200 people.
GO! Technisch Atheneum Zavelenberg is a secondary VET school located in the Brussels Capital Region. Our mission is to be the Brussels growth hub that makes the difference for a metropolitan public from age 12 to 99 by training skilled, self-regulating professionals with international work experience for bottleneck professions and the jobs of the future.
We are a warm school with a multicultural metropolitan public, implicating a variety in backgrounds, cultures, nationalities, languages & religions. Over 95% of our pupils have a migrant background, face difficult family circumstances, live in a disadvantaged neighbourhood and/or do not speak Dutch (instruction language) at home. Our school aims to be the springboard to a promising future for these pupils!
Our school has 350 pupils & 70 teachers. The professional & personal development of our pupils is our focus. We strongly invest in structural pupil guidance & ownership of their learning process. Our educational offer starts with a broad 2-year 1st degree (age 12-14) with a regular curriculum & an adapted curriculum for pupils with a learning disadvantage. Here, they already get a taste of the different VET study options later on: Electricity, Electromechanics & Engineering, Construction,
Sanitary installations, Cooling & heating systems, Care, IT management & Business administration. Our school also includes a Centre for Learning and Working (CLW Castor), offering dual education in the same study fields & some extra study fields (e.g.: blacksmith, sports instructor…).
In 3 years, our school will expand physically as well as its offer with a brand new STEM campus for 800 pupils near the harbour of Brussels. In the past 4 years, we have increasingly invested in partnerships with other schools on national & international level, but also in our cooperation with local, regional & international companies & other stakeholders.
